Return Policy:

Return of any product you purchased from us is possible, no questions asked! Enjoy shopping at For Ya!

You have to inform us for return within 24 hours of you receiving the product. 

How to initiate return?

You can reach out to us along with the order ID at contact@forya.in within 24 hours of you receiving the product.

Our support team will get in touch with you at the earliest to arrange for a reverse pickup.

Keep the product properly packed in unused, original condition with the same packaging, properly wrapped, all tags intact. 

Our courier partner will issue a tracking number for your return order.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, allow us 15 days to process your return, quality check etc. We will issue you a store credit coupon (after deducting reverse shipping charges of INR 150) for future use within 12 months.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We do not have a cancellation facility once the order is placed. Kindly avoid impulsive purchase.

Damages: 

All our orders are properly quality checked before dispatch. 

In case, if the item is defective, damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. After checks, we will get the product replaced free of cost, same item if available, or else choose another item.
