1. Where is For Ya located?

We are located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Office address is on the contact page.

2. How to place an order?

You can place an order by adding products to the cart & make secured payment by your convenient mode on our website. You will receive an email with the order confirmation number.

3. I can't wait! How long will it take to deliver an order?

We usually dispatch the products from our facility within 1 Business Day. Home delivery might take another 3-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. We also provide you with a shipment tracking number.

4. Is return of the product possible?

Yes, return of the product possible. No questions asked. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for further details.

5. Where do you deliver in India?

We deliver anywhere in India, even if you are at a remote location!

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, currently, we ship to a few countries, soon we will start shipping all over the world!

7. Is COD available?

Yes, Cash On Delivery is available for deliveries in India. 

Prepaid orders have additional benefits though, from time to time.

8. How can I track my order?

You will also receive the order tracking updates via SMS & Email once the order is shipped.

9. How do I make the payment?

You can pay via UPI (Google Pay, PayTM, PhonePe etc..) / Netbanking / Credit & Debit Cards

International cards are accepted too!

10. How long does it take to deliver an international order?

Normally 2-3 weeks. International orders are shipped via DHL / Aramex / UPS / etc..
